This story is almost identical to the plot of Is She Really Going Out With Him? by Sophie Cousens. This story is about a podcaster who gets set up with a bunch of different men as part of a new podcast and the other is about a journalist who is set up with a slew of men for a new column. Because they are so similar and I read one right after the other, I can’t help but compare. I think Cousens did a better job of injecting wit into the story and creating memorable and heartwarming characters. There is nothing particularly bad about this story, but it didn’t feel unique or memorable in any way. 🎧
