Slow burn. But still pretty entertaining enough to finish. My only issue is how Lisa would construct her sentences. How I’m not sure who she’s talking about.


An example (not from this book or any of the characters)

“Alicia and Olivia walked back from the store. She watched her friend read something from her phone as she frowned. Clearly something was bothering her.��

So something like that. Sometimes it wasn’t clear who the subject of the sentence was.
