This was a cute story, a lot of magic, witchcraft and family lore. I found the romantic scenes to be a little shoehorned in, but I enjoyed the way the relationship developed by the end. It has a lot of small town vibes with earthy witch themes. This felt cozy but with high stakes, and I found myself unable to put down the book for the last 70 pages.
