This is a Romantic Suspense, and this is the 13th book in the K-9 Search and Rescue series. I have read many of the other books in this series before picking up this book, but this book can be read as a standalone without any problems. I listened to the audiobook for this book, and I liked the narrator. I loved the characters and the dog in this book. This book has a lot of action and suspense with a little romance. I was living and rooting for the romance in this book more the mystery going on. I received an ARC of this book. This review is my own honest opinion about the book like all my reviews are.
