Fallen Angel (Detectives Kane and Alton #13)
by
Fallen Angel is book thirteen in the Detectives Kane and Alton series by D. K. Hood. When one of the guests of the writer's convention at Black Rocks Falls Resort Hotel went missing on arrival at the Hotel, Deputy Kane and Sherrif Alton found the body under the ice near her room. It became a race to gather evidence before the snow blizzard hit Black Rocks Falls and snowed them in. However, the murderer had a different idea and used the blizzard to cover them while they continued killing. The readers will continue to follow Deputy Kane and Sherriff Alton to discover what happens.
I have not yet read a book in this series that I did not enjoy, and Fallen Angel did not disappoint. I enjoy D. K Hood's writing style, which never fails to engage me with her stories and characters. From the first page, I engaged with Fallen Angel, which continues to the end. I also started to understand the importance of
I love D. K. Hood's portrayal of her characters and their interaction with each other throughout this book. Fallen Angel is well-written and researched. I also like D. K. Hood's description of the settings, which allowed me to imagine being part of the book's plot.
I recommend this book.
