Personally, I like the book but feel so-so about it. It’s more emotional than thriller, which isn’t exactly what I expected.

That said, Ask for Andrea stands out with its unique storytelling approach. Instead of following a typical investigation or survivor’s perspective, it’s told through the voices of the victims—women who never got the chance to tell their stories. This makes the book deeply unsettling, emotional, and even heartbreaking at times. The author does a great job of making each woman feel real, which adds to the weight of their narratives.

While the thriller aspect isn’t as intense as I initially hoped, the book keeps you engaged in a different way—through raw emotions, eerie tension, and the haunting way the story unfolds. It’s less about the chase for justice and more about giving these victims a voice, making it a powerful, thought-provoking read. If you’re looking for something that blends true crime vibes with a more emotional depth, this one is worth picking up!
