So realistic. So well done. I highlighted a lot of things that I’ve felt before and it was so cathartic to see them written down somewhere.

As crazy as this sounds, it’s easier (in my experience) to deal with trauma when no one cares and you are alone, or at least when no one knows what to say or ask. Then you are forced to not care too and move on so you don’t burden people with your shit. But that’s not healthy. I love that that was addressed here.

Her paranoia/anxiety/over analyzing everything was also very relatable. Very emotional reading experience.
