I really liked this book. As with the other Alex Pavesi book that I have read, 'The Eighth detective' it is not the most straightforward plot.
As a birthday weekend game, some friends have to pick a two names out of a jar, one being a murderer and the other being murdered and they have to write a piece of fiction about how the murder occurs.
This is definitely a book that you need to read while concentrating. You are unsure a lot of the time what is happening and what is actually real but it culminates in a really successful, twisty story that I almost re read straight after finishing. This book has cemented Alex Pavesi into an autobuy author for me.
