This book can take all the critisim you throw at it and my opion will still be the same. I was absolutely changed by this novel and it completely changed the way I look at reading. The story itself is very unique and hearing it on audiobook really bkrought the characters to life. The begining of the book is quite redundant and you think you are never going to stop hearing about what goes on in this room but after you get passed that this book is a touching and eye opening book. It forced me to imagine if I had never seen the world and was only confined to a room, and the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach but in reality Jack was very courageous and you root for the little guy and want to help him understand the world. This story is mind boggling and really forces you to think about your life and how much you have to be grateful for. It is extremely hard for me to put into words my feelings and emotions about this book. One thing is for sure, this is my new favorite book and it is going to be extremely hard to top the emotions and eye opening events of this book!
