Rachel Vincent is definitely one of my very favorite authors, so I knew I would not be disappointed in this last book. Like most people, I was very anxious to find out what happeneds with Faythe's pride, and of course, who Faythe chooses between...Marc or Jace.

Rachel did a fantastic job of tying up the loose ends with this series, and I am sad to see it come to an end. Faythe has matured SO much from the first book to this last book, the difference in her attitude is HUGE. It was so nice to get to meet Angela, Ethan's girlfriend, and also Holly, Michael's wife. My opinion of Holly went up several notches in this book, with the way she dealt with the issues of the Sanders family.

There is definitely more to be talked about with Faythe's family members and friends of the pride. Since there was no epilogue, I hope that later on down the line Rachel Vincent decides to either to spin off series, or at least a short story to update us.

If you are a fan of Rachel Vincent's Shifter series, you will love this book. Be prepared to go through an emotional roller coaster with Faythe, and grab some Kleenex. :)
