The Other Boleyn Girl (The Tudor Court, #2)

I thoroughly enjoyed Philippa Gregory's fictional interpreatation of The Other Boleyn Girl. Anne Boleyn is fierce and determined with a drive that I envy. Her sister, Mary Boleyn is submissive, gentle and kind and their brother George Boleyn is all of that and more. I must admit that I wanted to read this book, but kept putting it aside because I didn't feel like reading 700+ pages, but I did it and I'm glad. I've always been intrigued by the Boleyn family and enjoy reading and watching all of the historical or fictional accounts of their rise and fall. If you are a reader that is looking for a perfect history lesson, this book is not for you. If you enjoy royal fiction then I highly recommend this read. Please, please don't complain that this book is loosely based on historical facts. This book is a fictional work and should be enjoyed for what it is!!
