I NEED THIS! RIGHT NOW
It's crazy how much I need this book, this is such an awesome series!
****
my real review
WOWOWOWOWOW! You know... I thought I would have some sort of empty feeling when I finished this book, like I usually do when I finish a series I really loved.
But I didn't. I felt happy and heart warmed and... happy.
I was so satisfied with it.
It was non-stop action and plans and there were NO boring parts in it where you want to skip pages so you can finally get to the good stuff. All of it was good stuff.
So anyone who knows me would know that I love talking animals... yeah that's another reason I love this book so much, the talking animals are the cutest things ever!
There was Manchee. (FRIG I LOVED THAT DOG) he was the sweetest puppy ever. Then he had to die. I saw it coming, because whenever there's a really lovable animal they always decide to kill it off.
Now there's Angharrad. I LOVE THIS HORSEY! Todd loves Angharrad so much, and Angharrad is so devoted to Todd. (another thing I love about this book is the devotion, there's so much of it) BOY COLT! i love when she says that so lovingly and snuggles him! it's so cute!
And the characters were still amazing. Todd and Viola's relationship changed (wink wink) but it wasn't full of the oh so obvious mushy romance (that i love) it was filled with respect and devotion and pure and totally whole LOVE. They truly truly love each other. They have the kind of romance in books where you know that they will stay together forever. And they will be completely and utterly crushed if the other dies. And Todd is amazing, he's so sweet and love Viola so much. He's still the boy who can't kill, he has killed in the first book and he still regrets it. His humanity is amazing, he can't kill, but he would for Viola. and vice-versa.
The end was a total cliff-hanger... not really, considering there isn't going to be a fourth book but it leaves your imagination wondering. Oh and by the last 50 pages I was hyperventilating. I skipped class so I could finish it (I know... "BAD April!") and I was sitting in the library across the street bawling in the reading area desperately trying to cover myself up to make sure no one could see me.
I could ramble on about this amazing book forever (seriously... FOR-EV-ER) but I feel like I should stop now
and sorry for any spelling mistakes, my fingers are moving so fast because I'm so excited that I'm not even bother to spell check!
