It also tells the personal story of how my 11 years as a fighter pilot and another 11 years as a medical school professor affected the development of Scrum and the writing of the Agile Manifesto.

Jeff , thank you very much for this book I read a lot and it's rare to me to read a book that I truly adore!
While I did love this book I think the author rating it 5 stars with the first review is in pretty poor taste.
Wow, how can an SME of this level self rate his book!
I haven’t read the book, was just thinking about it, but this seems pretty tacky to give yourself five stars
