Floors by Patrick Carman is a cute little adventure.
With strange rooms, almost magical puzzles and ducks galore the main character, Leo, must follow the instructions of the missing owner to save his home, his job and the entire hotel.
Very reminiscent of Roald Dahl's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," Carman takes readers through possibly the most bizarre hotel in the history of the written word.
This would be a great read for anyone between the ages of 7 and 14. Fans of "A Series of Unfortunate Events," will greatly enjoy this book.
