3.5 Stars (I know I can't work without my decimal)



I'm kind of torn for this rating.
First of all, I don't like third person narrative books.
Then I didn't get a rush of feelings during this book. Some parts even were a little be slow. However I never really get bored and I devoured it in a couple days only.
I really liked how the story was put together, how the author made those differences with the actual Cinderella story, sometimes it was really hilarious (view spoiler)[when she looses her all feet instead of just a shoes for instance. Or how everyone whispered about how a mess she was when she arrives at the ball instead of her supposed beauty (hide spoiler)]. Well we can say that I like twisted story and basically it was.

I also deeply loved most of the characters.
Cinder: She was such a strong, wise and nice character. She is not naive and easily fooled. She is a mechanic nerd, love fixing androids and doesn't care about a stupid bal.

Kai: Thanks god, an interesting prince, highly developed in this story. He is strong and flirty, I really liked that.

I also really much liked Peony and Iko
