it was amazing

Dear Herman,
My sincerest apologies for considering Moby Dick fit only for a riser for my computer monitor. I imagined 500 pages of “thar she blows! and just couldn’t convince myself to give it a try. Consider me a fan, now, though. And an expert on whales and whaling. While at times I felt the story got a wee bit lost in the details, I hung in there and was rewarded. Despite the old-timey language, this is the most ‘real a fishing story has ever felt to me. I was right there, fighting the waves with the crew, throwing the harpoon and cringing at Ahab’s ravings. What a ride.
Regards,
Stephanie

Shannan What were the raincoats made of again?

Stephanie (aka WW) You don't want to know. Let's just say they were made of the most 'sensitive' of leathers.
