Look at the description for this one
and this one
they both talk about Pirriwee Public School annual trivia night so they must be the same book. But bizarre how different the blurbs are!

You're welcome Brenda. Did you request it from Netgalley?
I didn't at this stage. I really want to get through as much of my shelf books as I can.
Yes I did Mish, thanks, and I've been approved already!! The email was here when I arrived home half an hour ago:) Woohoo!

It's really weird, isn't it! I haven't had any response about the two books - I'm wondering if I should contact the publisher.....

I think if you want confirmation, that's the thing to do. Often enough titles are different in different countries. I notice there's a kids book called The Big Little Lie, so maybe it was to avoid confusion with that one in a particular country. Little Lies is Penguin, Big Little Lies is Macmillan in Australia

Totally agree Sarah!
OK I think I'll have to do that Marianne - I have noticed quite a number of people have both on their TBRs (including me!)

They look like they've been combined, Brenda. When you click on other editions, both covers are there...
Oh have they? Thanks Kathryn, I haven't checked them since I first posted in here...should have O_o!!!! I'm glad you're observant:)

I first noticed because it shows that you've added both versions to your TBR and they show up one below the other in the friend review sections!

Wow good one Brenda. That was quick :)

Here's the answer from Liane herself:
Apparently In the UK, the title is LITTLE LIES but it's exactly the same book

Here's my reply from Liane Moriarty which came through today:
Hi Brenda, I'm sorry about the confusion, it's exactly the same book. My UK publisher wasn't keen on the title BIG LITTLE LIES, so in the UK it's called LITTLE LIES.

Thanks Brenda, sorry for the confusion. I have started a new thread with my release on it under author spotlight. Thanks
Sherrie

Well worth watching & it's already available on ABC iview: (under 'latest' it's the third dot across)
A sad but ultimately inspiring story.
This book sounds delightful, can't wait to read it.

Reckless Rescue by Aussie author Rinelle Grey (the first in the Barren Planet series) is free for three days to celebrate the publication of Reckless Recon (the third in the series) tomorrow, 28th June.
(It's showing with a charge ATM but keep checking - the US is behind us;)) EDIT An apology from the author - it will be free on 28th and 29th June..
The new release (which I finished last night and is as good as the first two!) is the special price of 99c until tomorrow evening when it will go to the full price of $2.99.
Check them out if you haven't, I'll guarantee you won't be disappointed!
