This book will be more about Nicola, but we will see the Medlov family as a dominant part of this story. SO much fun to write. You will enjoy both types of characters and see the good, bad and the really ugly!!!

I finy my inspiration in you. Your emails and phone calls make me know what you want in a good book, what you want to read and what you desire. I create books based upon the need of my readers. When I get that email about how you feel unappreciated, overlooked, I write to fill that void.

Well I felt like you read my mind when you wrote Dmitry's Closet. I have had a thing for Russian guys for years (scooping up every book with a Russian hero I could find--ask my friends and family about my Russian fixation) and I wished I could find one where the heroine was black. I couldn't put it down!

Nile Princess (nileprincess) | 12 comments Thanks so much for answering all our questions. I only have one more. What inspired you to create such a huge height difference between Dmitry and Royal? I totally saw it as a score for all us petite girls lol, but Dmitry is 7 feet tall. As a couple, visually, it would be a startling difference, no?

I would start with The Lonely Heart Series:
Ugly Girlfriend
Finding Opa
The Grunt

If you like antiheros: The Medlov Series
Dmitry's Closet
Dmitry's Royal Flush
Anatoly Medlov
Saving Anya

Then the Chronicles.

If you like colleg stuff: Ivy's Twisted Vine

I had some alpha males read it and they were like, "oh my goodness. I don't know what I would do!"

Being a military wife, it was very personal. I wanted to show the different sides of our men in uniform. I have talked to over 100 USMC guys who have gone through this and I felt like they needed their own story.

Latrivia Nelson | 35 comments New book coming out tonight call The Contingency Plan from the Lonely Heart Series. Here is the synopsis.

How many times do you hear about a woman asking a man to father her child via artificial insemination? The concept is so common until it barely garners any notice. But how often does a multi-millionaire, blue blood, heart throb ask Charlene “Charlie Meadows to donate her eggs to mother his children? Just once. And it’s enough to make for one hell of a story.

Charlie is a dedicated solider to the cause of the Democratic Party. As an intern, she gives one hundred percent to the Orrin campaign, and after hours, she gives one hundred percent to campaign manager, Sullivan Orrin. Their connection is undeniable, and in her mind, they could be together forever. Only all that changes when the man of her dreams is offered his dream job.

Sullivan “Sullly Orrin is no regular man. An alpha male from head to toe with the fine finishing of an upper-class family and an Ivy League education, he is set-up and expected to succeed. As a former playboy, he’s not ready when a young black girl from South Florida nearly derails his plans and makes him fall in love. So what does he do? Run. Only he can’t run far enough from true love. It catches back up with him nearly a decade later when he realizes that traditional relationships don’t work for him. Opting to use InVitro Fertilization to start his own family, he has to pick the perfect woman. And there is only one candidate that he has in mind. Too bad she’s engaged.

Now Sully has to grovel and beg to get what he wants, and Charlie is now the successful woman that she always promised she would be. Convincing her won’t be easy, and even if he does get her eggs, will it only make him want more?

Read the fourth book in national bestselling author Latrivia S. Nelson’s Lonely Heart Series, The Contingency Plan for a story that spans nearly two decades between polar opposite lovers who can’t help but attract in a romance that proves that even the best laid plans still have to be tested by life.

Ladies, I am probably going to close this thread down soon. I will create a thread for discussion of Dmitry's Closet as a buddy read if you'd like to go over there. Also there is a thread for Ms. Nelson under the author's section.
