Jon yes..id have to strongly protest against Scotland being like Ireland cos its in the same vicinity. That would be like saying Canada and USA are almost the same place, or Australia and New Zealand - youd have a mutiny on your hands :)

Do you know I have yet to read a James Joyce novel. Isnt Finnegans Wake his? I have this urge to buy it and try it.....
