I was wondering if we could post start & end dates in writing, such as "November 10" or "10 November" rather than using numerical format, since there are people from different countries on the board. I know I'm crass, but I keep reading it as starting October 11 and ending January 12!!!

I agree. I really had to look at the dates to make sure I wasn't reading them wrong.
