BEKKA - 10.2. Let’s Get Something StartedI have always been fascinated by food from eras past. Something I would like to do in 2013 is learn to cook in the Edwardian style as typified on “Downton Abbey,� complete with creating a real English formal tea.
I read “The Unofficial Dowton Abbey Cookbook�
for this task, as it has amazing period recipes for both the upper crust and servant classes. It also has a complete chapter on English teas which is fascinating!
