Anyone know why? Both of these quotes were, as far I know, in the category of 'Twain didn't say' it especially the first one. Wikiquote, Twainquotes, and Quote Investigator don't give it to Twain. Twainquotes says "the attribution cannot be verified. The quote should not be regarded as authentic". QI can't find it in print before 1990 (H. Jackson Brown Jr.)

I looked at the second one some months ago because I didn't believe the Maya Angelou atribution but it did seem to be correct or at least as correct as many of these quotes. Wikiquote agrees with the Maya atribution.

The first one has been liked by a member (in August) so that one will have to stay. You can post your corrections here and we will fix it. The other two are gone because no one had added them (and they were oddly formatted).

I misread the previous sentence in the book:

Google translates is as:
"Anyone who makes a plan today for tomorrow, tomorrow may be limited to the possibilities of today"

The original version could be:
"The reason I don't have a plan is because if I have a plan I'm limited to today's options" which does seem to be by Sheryl Sandberg.
