Yes for the buddy read! I have the book and it has to go back on the 15th so I will be reading it next week. Let me know if that's good for you. We can always chat about it whenever you can get to it.

message 288: by Dee (new)

Dee (austhokie) | 7316 comments ok LethalLovely - this is what I have for you - i tried to get about a 50/50 split of your shelves and others

1. April Fool's Day
Drive Me Crazy - so I haven't read this one (Buddy Read?) but it was on your shelf and her other books have made me laugh
How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf - I know you gave the other book you read by her only 2 stars - i found this one more entertaining and its a complete romance
Round Ireland with a Fridge - a few of us are Buddy reading this if you are interested

2. April Showers Bring May Flowers
The Mistress' House - there are daisy's on the cover and it was on your TBR
The Language of Flowers - this is prob. a bit out of your comfort zone, but several of my friends have given it good reviews

3. U.S. Tax Day
Prince of Dreams - its been a while since i've read this, but I remember money (or lack thereof) playing an important role
Vengeance in Death - Rourke, need I say more...

4. Major League Baseball Opening Day
Lady Gone Bad - US marshalls back in the day worked outside a bit right?
Rebel - I haven't read this one, but the first one was set almost all outside

5. April's Birthstone Diamond
This was the hardest category and I ended up giving you 2 new to you recommendations
Moonlight on Diamonds - it sounded intriguing
Hot Ice - old school Nora Roberts

6. Earth Day
Ill Wind - i figure ppl who can manipulate weather fall into the environmental category
Water - this looks intriguing, if you would like to BR

7. Patriot's Day
Embracing Silence - looked to be military-para-military-ish
Hidden Away - not on your shelves, but you gave the first book 4 stars and the second 3

8. Drop Everything and Read
Dark Currents - I loved her fantasy world in the Kushiel series, but this is something totally different
Forbidden - one of my 5 star reads last year
Sanctum - just finished this one and enjoyed it

hopefully, one of these works for you
