This thread is for suggestions and questions for the various categories. The thread for participants is located HERE.
1. “M" is for May: Read a book that starts with 'M� or a book whose author's first or last name starts with 'M�.
2. Happy Birthday!: Read a book from a May birthday celebrant's GR bookshelf whose name/nickname starts with the same letter as yours OR match the date of your birthday (1-31) to a member on the RRRC May Birthday List. If no initials or dates match exactly, pick the next closest letter or date (above or below).
3. Geography: Read a book whose author, character or setting is from Portugal OR Portugal is known for their amazing food & wine, so read a book with a chef OR has food and/or wine on the cover.
4. May Day (May 1): Spring is the air! Read a new to you author, series, genre or subgenre.
5. Star Wars Day (May 4): Read a sci fi book OR futuristic book OR a book that’s part of a trilogy.
6. National Tourist Appreciation Day (May 6): Read a book that takes place in a location you’ve never visited before.
7. Clean Up Your Room Day (May 10): Which for us means... clean up your TBR! Read a book that’s been on your TBR shelf for a while now.
8. Lucky Penny Day (May 23): Let’s save some $$! Read one of those freebies or cheapies you’ve found OR a book you’ve borrowed OR reread a favorite.
9. Memorial Day (May 27): Read a book where a MC serves or has served in the military

Challenge Duration: May 1 to May 31, 2013
You can choose 3, 5, 8 or all 10 categories depending on your reading speed, book availability and/or time commitment.
