Deception Point
question
For a movie... Deception Point or The Lost Symbol?

I was slightly disappointed at the conclusion to The Lost Symbol. Deception Point is way better (in my opinion, of course) and I would rather prefer for its movie version than that of The Lost Symbol.

I think Deception Point would make a better movie.. even as a book I liked it more than Lost Symbol.
I would love to watch both, but Deception Point would be better.

I liked The Lost Symbol as a book, despite the ending, but in my opinion Deception Point would make a better movie.
Deception Point would be my choice for a movie - I thought the story was better!
As it has been repeated in this discussion a number of times, Deception Point had a marvellous ending, one that completely knocks one off one's feet! Unpredictable and Unexpected!
The Lost Symbol was a little different, but Deception point beats it by a long way!

Haven't read The Lost Symbol but Deception Point is my favourite out of all the ones I have read. I thought I was the only one who wants a Deception Point movie.
Deception Point, undoubtedly. The Lost Symbol was a huge disappointment.
Deception Point for sure, but Hollywood won't touch any of his other movies because his last two books are awful. Truly awful.
Should Deception Point be made into a failm, or The Lost Symbol...?
...No. It's bad enough they were made into books!

Both of the books are great and they could be made as great movies.
I think they should make the movie more than one part to show as they can of the details,

Deception Point of course..Lost Symbol is too thick with history that makes it boring most of the time
try Deception Point.... some mental pictures not for the eyes, Angels and Demons for example
Deception Point certainly! Even as a book, Deception Point is FAR FAR better than Lost Symbol.
The lost symbol as short film. Deception point as a movie.
I choose The Lost Symbol simply because I don't like Deception Point, even though I can understand why someone prefer Deception Point
Deception Point for sure. After Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, I was slightly disappointed with The Lost Symbol and even more with Inferno... :(
The Lost Symbol's ending was a little disappointing but the overall story -I think- would make a better movie than the one in Deception Point.
Deception Point will make a far better movie. Lost symbol lets you down with its ending.
The Lost Symbol would make a better movie - grander in scale, I believe
I'd say Deception Point . It has a better plot! I so love it :)
when i read Deception Point i felt i was watching a movie, it never happened to me before. i can't remember the lost symbol at all, which is not very bad, since i will always remember the pain of reading inferno.
Deception Point. That would be a nice change, I mean I love Robert Langdon and the themes of the books with him, but comparing Deception Point to The Lost Symbol, I must say that the first one wins.
I think that the Deception Point would be more attractive as a movie. It would be amazing as an Action/Mystery movie that could be watched by teenagers, middle ages and the older ones too who love those kind of action movies (FBI, CIA etc). For sure that the Deception Point would be preferable by a wider audience than the Lost Symbol.
Deception Point wud b better 4 a movie. Lost Symbol was highly disappointing
deception point would be more interesting to many viewers... it may relate to our reality where state (sometimes or oftentimes) had to do deceiving acts or misinformation just to protect one's interests... but Lost Symbol could also be a good movie for those whose interest on mason thing...
deception point! the lost symbol is the last langdon book i'll read i was bored outta my mind lol
The one that doesn't involve Robert Langton, Ron Howard or Tom Hanks ... please
