In 11 minutes, on page 49, Paulo Coelho writes: "In Brazil, she had read a book about a shepherd who, in searching for his treasures, encounters various difficulties, and these difficulties help him to get what he wants".

Is Paulo Coelho referencing his book the Alchemist? I'm just intrigued and would like to know...
