Which book did you read?

Did you enjoy it?

Did you choose a book set in/near your current city or your birth city?

Did you have lots of choices for this topic?

Jean Cole (joc724) | 115 comments Which book did you read? The Diva Runs Out of Thyme

Did you enjoy it? It was OK. A very light read. What I call a "potato chip" book. Tasty but not much substance.

Did you choose a book set in/near your current city or your birth city? My birth city. Alexandria, Virginia.

Did you have lots of choices for this topic? Not as many as I thought. Alexandria is a suburb of Washington DC and there are TONS of stories set there. But I wanted one set specifically in Alexandria. So this one filled the bill.

Jody (jodybell) | 531 comments Which book did you read? Antipodes: Stories

Did you enjoy it? World of nope.

Did you choose a book set in/near your current city or your birth city? My birth city - Brisbane, Australia

Did you have lots of choices for this topic? Not really, but that's not surprising as it's not a particularly interesting place.

Which book did you read? Blameless

Did you enjoy it? Yes, a pleasant book in the series.

Did you choose a book set in/near your current city or your birth city? I totally cheated as there's nothing near my cities apart books from unknown authors (and I won't pay $15 for these kind of books). So, I read a book with a part happening in my country (which was interesting as the author is not from my country).

Did you have lots of choices for this topic? No. It's the worst topic in the challenge for me.

Did you choose a book set in/near your current city or your birth city? My hometown of Regina, Saskatchewan

Did you have lots of choices for this topic? Nope not unless I wanted to read non-fiction books about the Prairies.
