Okay so I decided to create this Mods only thing, for us mods so we can discuss, well, who will be mods. :D

I'm still trying to figure out how to make Gia a mod, so I'll be leaving a space open for her.

But what do you girls thing about Isabella being a mod? Should we give her like a week or something to prove herself? Or does that sound harsh???? What do you girls think?
I feel like a mod must be very involved with the group. Someone who can keep things rolling when others can't. Someone who will be gracious and kind with people, but still stern.
What do you girls see a great mod as?

I agree Ravanna. I think we should give her a while and see how involved she is. How many mods can we have?

I agree with you guys, but honestly how many mods do we need? it's not as if we have higher authority or anything, it's just that in case something gets out of hand, we can handle it.

I've been in some groups that has at least 12 Mods in the Mod area.

of course it's possible :) I'm not against having that many mods or anything, I'm just thinking if there's a point.

I think we have a perfect amount of mods as it is. I mean, if there was to be more mods, I think six is big enough for our small group. If we had, like, a huge group, then we could have organized mods who took care of, like, certain topics or something. But we don't. So....

Okay, so back on the Madison topic. I know she really wants to be a Mod, and I NEVER want to hurt other peoples feelings, but as I said, six Mods are all I really think this group needs. And I want that sixth spot to be filled with someone who can really be a good fit for the group. You know what I mean?
I'm just not so sure if I know Madison well enough for me to say she would be perfect for the job.
What do you girls think?

She's been a mod in my other groups and she's a good Mod.

Woah listen me out. As being the top mod, Ravanna thinks six are enough I agree with her. This group is not very large that'll require many mods. We can always keep her next best choice as mod, yeah?

But if majority goes with yes then i hv no prob :)

like gia I'm gonna have to go with no :( I feel really bad, but I also think that we have a small group and 6 or 7 mods is a really big number for the amount of members we have. also it's not like we have extra authority or respect, we all treat each other the same, mod or not. basically "mod" for this group is just a title, sure, we make decisions, but we almost always ask everyones opinion. (I feel like i'm getting too serious about this though, so I'm gonna stop here)
