Holly (hollycoulson) Hey everyone!

I'm Holly and I've recently started up my book blog, . I'm getting it up and running right now, but I'm loving the experience.

If anyone has any tips for improving my blog, or how to get more involved in the book blogging community, that would be great!

Segilola Salami (segilolasalami) | 41 comments Hi ladies,

I have a podcast show where the guest authors have started hosting giveaways on the show. You can listen to previous episodes here

What some bloggers have done is embed the podcast player on their website so that their readers can listen to the show there and possibly take part in it. It makes for a change to only text content. In exchange, I have added the bloggers to my supported by page

Do let me know if this is of interest to you. Use my contact form to get in touch and I will reply with the embed code

Thanks for your time

Segilola

A. Benitez (billbenitez) | 6 comments My wife Barbara has a giveaway of her book Like I Used To Dance. It's for 10 copies and ends today. My experience with giveaways of my books has been that many people who try to get copies don't. Since I'm her publisher I would like to get many more reviews for her book. I can't make more print copies available but can provide Kindle or ePub copies to anyone interested in reviewing it.

If you would like to find out more about the book please check out her blog at: . It's a great book and if you just want to download a copy to read and review you can get it from Netgalley by going to the link below:

Once there members of Netgalley can get a copy. If you aren't a member, joining is free and without obligation. Thanks.

Bill

A. Fae (truthaboutbooksbyafae) | 51 comments HI there Holly! Welcome to the wonderful world of book review blogging. I took a look at your blog and it looks good. The only suggestion I had is to remove the "What I like...What I dislike" at the end of each entry. The reason I say that is because your review is sufficient in sharing with your audience what you did/did not like...or at least it should be. It just seems a bit redundant. Your star rating is great to end the post. That's just my opinion.
Eeep! I didn't even introduce myself. My name is Ashley, or A. Fae. My blog is . I would like to invite you to possibly submit a guest post or we can exchange posts. I typically ask for posts having to do with anything related to reading or writing.
Again, welcome. You're doing well. If you have any questions, let me know. Good luck!

Yane (nikkirowen) | 13 comments Ello Holly! Welcome aboard.

My name is Jay and I started my blog not to long ago. It is tons of fun.

I looked over your site and it looks very pretty. I have to agree with Ashley about the "What I like...What I dislike." Yet I think you are off to a great start.
My advice to you is to not to go to fast to soon. If you post up all your idea in the very start you may crash and burn or end up with writers block. Space them out and find a realistic amount of post you can keep up with.

If you'd like to check out my blog it's called Escape Between the Covers
