Hnf. It's so clearly a 2-author book by the cover I didn't even check. Now that I do, I see that kindle edition is just about the *only* one that doesn't list Roy. There is a second kindle edition that has him though; i'll repost with that one.

Hmmm...okay, guess one of the approved books threw me off. Can you clarify how is approved? It seems 'identifiable and naturalistic' to me in that it's a splash of water. Thanks for clarifying the distinction.
