I have American Gods and Station Eleven on my list but I'm not sure when I'll get to them. What did you think?
I really liked American Gods, but it was just so. long. Station Eleven was one of my favourites from this summer. It was engaging and really well-paced in my opinion.

my library has every dollanganger book except Petals on the Wind so i'm going to leave it until i can find another embarrassing book to read

Just realized I'm one book ahead of schedule! And I've got two more currently being read AND at least two others I've got out to read this month, hopefully even this week.
Can't believe I'm at 39 books already! I've read a lot more books from different categories than I thought I did. I currently have
and
out from the library so I should be able to get those done soon, if I'm not too busy. If I can get at least 45 of the topics on the list done by the end of the year, I'll consider it a success. School looks like it'll be busy this year and I don't know how many books I'll be able to get through during the week.
i seem to have hit a block. a lot of the books i'm missing are on hold at the library but i don't know if i'm going to be able to get them in time.
Do you read ebooks? Maybe you can find cheap version or even free if it's a classic.Or if you have readers among your friends, ask them if any have the book you want to read, for example on facebook.
i'm not going to be able to finish the whole challenge this year (not for lack of books read though) :-(BUT i think i can get to at least 48 of the categories before 2017! hopefully i'll do better next year
So I didn't finish the challenge this year (even though I read 125 books, jfc) but I still did a lot better than I thought I would. Onto 2017!
