DHASG 2017 Yearly Dangerous Hero Reading Challenge

It’s 2017! In our group we celebrate Dangerous Heroes, and that’s a broad term. It's up to you to define what you consider a dangerous hero. You're doing the challenge, so set it according to your own reading. You're on the honor system for this challenge. You can use any character from the book to count for this challenge, even side characters and villains.

If you're new to the challenge, welcome aboard. Set a goal that you think will challenge you at least a little. You can always go down or up if you need to adjust the level.

If you've participated in the past, try to go even higher this year.

Rules:


1. Any DHASG member can participate in the challenge.
2. Sign up for the challenge here on/after January 1st.

It will allow you to create a shelf to log your reading.
3. Post your stats and comments on this thread. You can post that you are signing up and what your goal is here, but use the main challenge to keep track of your numbers.
4. Books must be read between January 1st and December 31st, 2017.
5. A book may only be read/counted once for the challenge. Rereads do count!
6. This challenge is dedicated to male/hero characters. This is a dangerous hero group so the yearly challenges are associated with the male dangerous heroes. We love kickbutt women, and we'll definitely celebrate them in other challenges.
