I just found this in my inbox. Jon Morrow is a popular blogger and teacher of blogging, and he's just launched a new, personal blog. Jon, I was surprised to find, is a quadriplegic. In this first post on his new blog Unstoppable he tells his truly inspiring story and also teases out 7 principles that have helped him not only persevere, but triumph.

Yes, a remarkable guy. I had been vaguely following some of his Smartblogger emails, but I knew nothing about him until he started this project. I have many clients who have had some kind of misfortune that knocked them flat. Jon's story and strategies may inspire them.

I have found that many of us have powerful stories we carry with us that can, if they find an audience, help inspire and effect positive change. The trick is, first, being willing to tell the tale, and then to get it out there through all the noise.

It's fascinating to me that Jon created a very large audience who knew nothing about his personal story and only now has started to tell it.
