Reverted some incorrect changes and added cover from amazon.de. Page count for isbn 9783546003940 confirmed by worldcat (333, missing last unnumbered page); added 334.
i was not able to find the book on the publishers website. The book in front of me is a german hardcover edition (translated form spanish) pubished by Claassen-Verlag (Ullstein-Verlags-Gruppe) 2005. It is matching the ISBN of the goodreads entry. It has 330 pages without the afterword. (with 334 pages)
