Matthew Gough | 2 comments I have a quick question. This is my first time taking part in this challenge and I wanted to know the policy on how you count books towards challenges.

For example I read a book that's not YA and part of a series. Can I count that towards the two? Or is it preferred that you go one book per challenge?

Or for example I'm going to buddy read Rainbow Rowell's Carry On. Would this count towards the read more than two books challenge or just for buddy read?

I want to be truthful as I check off my TBR and I wanna know if I need to adjust it to include a few more books.

Thanks for the help! The newbie appreciates it.

Thank you!

Cate (The Professional Fangirl) (chaostheory08) | 19 comments I also have a question. What if I'm already in a middle of a 500+ page book by the time Tome Topple starts, does it count towards my final number if I finish it during Tome Topple?

Thanks in advance!

From what I know, you have to have more than 500 pages left in the book at the beginning for it to count.

If you started it during another Tome Topple round and haven't read it since, you can continue it and it can count. If not, then no.

Midnight of the forth... Hmmm. I probably have a weird question but when we say "from Friday midnight" in my country it means Sunday and days after and I'm not sure how it is in English. ^â–½^ Does this round include the whole day of August 4th?

The readathon starts at 00:00 on Friday the 4th (during the night between Thursday and Friday), so the whole day of Friday is included.
It ends on the 17th at 23:59 (during the night between Thursday and Friday again), so we have exactly 14 days to read.
I hope it helps.

Ruth | 2 comments Does the diary of Samuel Pepys count as a single book or is it considered an anthology. Thinking of listening to it as my audiobook

IMO I would count it as a single book. It is for purchase as a single volume.
