Alaska down.
Can't say Into the Wild is a book I enjoyed but I think it is because I found the person the book was written about to be an idiot. Can't really figure out why someone would want to waste so much time on him.

8 read at the start of 2018.
I have had East of Eden sitting on my shelf for a month and haven't been in the mood to tackle it so I am taking it back to the library and going to try a different one.
I read The Shining so I could read the next book after it(I didn't realize it was a sequel when I picked it up) and am happily surprised to get one off this list!
I didn't realize Carrie was on this list, but I finished the book and another one off this list!

Dang, I forgot all about this challenge. lol

This challenge is book specific but if you want to go "off list" and find your own I will allow that. If you decide to stick to the list and there is a book on it that you have already read then you can go ahead and count it as done or reread it if you choose; If you are like me you have a big enough TBR without having to reread books. If you are staying to list and just can't find one of the books, then you can go off list for some if you need to.
Have fun traveling the country through books.
