The book Lion is based on a true story of a 6 year in India living with his family. For work Saroo would steal coal from trains and sell them to get food for his family with his older brother. One night Saroo's brother is going on a job at night by a train station and Saroo begs his to take him and so the went on another job and saroo is tired and falls asleep on a bench and when he wakes up his brother is gone and he looks for him and he walked onto a empty train and fell asleep and woke up not knowing where he was. There Saroo learned English and was able to talk about what happened but there was only one question for him, he knew he had to belong to a city or a village but he doesn't know where since he was lost at 6 years old. For the next months Saroo tried to find where his home was and he did. He then went to see his mother in India that he had been waiting 20 years to see and he finally sees her but Saroo has to be told something devastating news.
This is my favorite book because it is modivatinal and inspiring. I would rate this book 10/10 because it is such a great book.
