Group 163 Clean Mod K.A.
Hi, KA,Sorry to be a pain, since I know you had to put a lot of work into the schedule, but JP has already reviewed Dragon Hoard. But if you could switch me to a later round with him, I have another collection I could offer him by December (round 2) if he's willing to read something a little longer (30k). Twelve Tales of Christmas is reasonably similar to Dragon Hoard, except the final story has some graphic violence where the protag has to kill some trolls. If JP's okay with that, it might be the easiest fix. I'm afraid I have no other books to review at this time.
Okay, just go ahead with your other rounds for right now. Let JP know that you won't have a different book for him until later & I'll be aware that some of the rounds will be out of order - that's not an issue as long as all of them are done by the end. Thanks for letting me know.

Here are my reviews for "How to become a successful (recovering) alcoholic'I also submitted a review to the US version of amazon (before I even submitted the UK one) but for some reason it isn't showing up. Any pointers as to why or how I can do that differently in the future?

Thanks, Emma & Tia! Tia, it sometimes takes a while for it to be 'approved', for some reason. Keep an eye on your email and when it comes through, you can post the link. Or just try again in a couple days and see what happens.

Going by this, I don't know who I have for round 2, Cecily Wolfe or Emma Miller. I have similar problems with rounds three and four. Maybe I'm just reading the schedule wrong. Anyway, please advise me how to proceed. :)

Sorry, Cathleen - you do Emma. This comes from trying to move everything around in the schedule to try to accommodate all the conflicts! Thanks for pointing it out!
Okay - to make sure I didn't screw things up, I made this graph, which may be easier to use than the list we've used in the past. Please use this as your key and let me know if it's easier than the list, and I'll use it in the future. This one doesn't have the order in it, but as long as you do all four, it doesn't really matter. You will probably need to right-click & open in a new tab to make it bigger.

Please remember the commitment you are making to your fellow group members. If you pull out after the start date for any reason it is the other members who will be faced with the problem of finding a replacement, or missing out on reads/reviews, through no fault of their own. Please don’t ask the moderators to chase after replacements as we just don’t have the time.
It is the responsibility of the author to get their book to their readers in a format the reviewer can manage. Everyone must be able to provide and accept PDF. You may buy or borrow the books you are due to read if you wish, and I’m sure the author will appreciate the verified review, but IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. There are no set dates for the start of each round. You can each work at your own pace, within the limits of the round deadlines.
All reviews must be posted to GR. We also encourage members to post on amazon .com and .uk. When you have posted your reviews, please post the three links to your reviews, not the book page in this thread.
The mod of each round will record whether members have posted reviews on amazon. I set up all the groups, and for the good of all, members who persistently fail to post reviews or DNF reviews to amazon, will find me less than willing to add them to subsequent groups.
Postings to other sites are by agreement by both author and reviewer.
If I’ve missed something that results in you being asked to review someone who has already reviewed you, please let me know asap.
To exchange book files, my advice is to use PM to give email addresses to each other (save the chance of spammers getting your addresses from this open forum). Happy reviewing, everyone :)
