In Maryland, South Carolina and Tennessee and maybe elsewhere - all in the same book.

I am preparing to go to Zurich, Switzerland.

I'm running around France trying not to get killed.

I'm in Ohio now. Later today I'm headed to Gotham City and maybe London.

I've read the word hundreds of times now, but I'm still not sure if I spelled it correctly. I have never heard it pronounced, I wonder if the way it sounds in my head is in any way similar to the way it's pronounced in the audiobook.

Haha, I looked it up and I was wrong! It's spelled Urithiru. I was close though ;-)
