Can anyone tell me some computer software or app which help me with my astronomy interests ?

Sure Ven , There is a software and an app called Stellarium , it is the ultimate star gazing weapon , it is free and its amazing

And there is an official software from NASA , Its called Nasa's eyes , its kind of a Database it contains information about all stars and all new stars which Nasa's Telescope discover and it can show it simulations of Curiosity rover's landing of mars and many many more features..Try it out Ven

I agree with Alok, stellarium is wonderfull tool. NASA app is also nice. You can chech out past or present missions on it. Also curiosityStream is wonderfull site (also an app) full of documentaries from diffferent areas of science. It is also free. Have fun.

And if you have want to have fun in Astronomy , there is a software or you can call it a game ...It's called UNIVERSE SANDBOX , It's an awesome game for curious minds ..>We can do one hell of stuff on it ........For example , we can have solar system and we can place a Black hole anywhere you wish in it , and see what happens , and how planets get out of orbit and you can do many more stuff in it .....

And if you into Rockets and space travel(like i am) , you can try KERBAL SPACE PROGRAM , its basically like a game , You can build your own Rocket (it is not as easy as it sounds) and launch it , Build your own Space station , explore and land on other planets and many things more .....
