I'm Cate, I write spicy contemporary romance. I published my first book last spring. I've always been a professional writer and avid reader, but I finally took the plunge into fiction in the last couple of years. I got tired of sitting around and saying "Someday". So, here I am. :)

I've always been a little picky about what I read, but I've learned to branch out and try new things. My favorite genres are still romance (obviously lol), horror, thrillers, and adventure. I've been fortunate enough in joining the writer community to meet some of the authors I've idolized forever, like Jefferey Deaver, Beverly Jenkins, & Kristan Higgins. I still have my sights set on meeting Stephen King and James Rollins someday!

I'm an Air Force veteran, my husband just retired this past summer, and we have 4 children together. (I am also a stepmom to 3 adult children, one of whom just got engaged last week!)
