I’m halfway through it, and I’m really enjoying it. Such a fun light read, which was what I needed after finishing 1984.

Set in Burlington, VT and based on true story of Orphanage where kids were lost or disappeared. Like that Alex, the author is an Investigative Journalist and wants to know what happened to these kids. The book just came out on 4/15.

Listening to Good Girl by Aria Aber Good Girl by Aria Aber Have book, too. Very Literary, about immigrant from Afghanistan. Young Woman coming of age.Not Sure what I think so far, a bit strange, in controlling relationship with man that doesn’t acknowledge her really. Short-Listed for Women’s Prize for Fiction 2025, so try to Read all those each year.
