I love this series!! (Although a very different genre, if you're familiar with the Harry Potter series, you can sometimes tell that it's a similar "voice". I don't mind at all, since I read Harry Potter series 4 times :-) )

My favorites in order: Pet Sematary, Salem's Lot and The Stand. He is an amazing story teller. So are his sons too, Joe Hill and Owen King. You may enjoy reading..."
Did you read 11/22/63? That's been highly recommended to me but haven't gotten to it yet.

I read it a long time ago. I liked it but not as much as King's other books. But please don't let my opinion deter you. It could be your favorite! :)

I know what you mean, I get the similar voice feeling too! And also don't mind as a huge fan of the Harry Potter books too 😊

Why not try the series on audiobooks it is so well narrated by Robert Glenister and totally addictive I have listened to all 4 and loved them!

This was the first book I read this year! Thought it was so good :).
I am currently reading Nine Perfect Stranger by Liane Moriarty, so far funny characters!

Understand that. I only got turned on to it because it's the book selection for a book club I'm participating in.

I LOVED this book. It was hilarious, serious, mysterious and a coming-of-age book for many (HAHAHA)....Great read! :)

Little Fires Everywhere was such a good book. It had depth, mystery and strong characters I could identify with. Really good read!

Cloud Library: I can check out 5/mo. (keep for 2 weeks) and 3/mo for holds.
Hoopla: Check out 4/mo. and can keep for 3 weeks.
These are FREE audios and books. Only problem is most take alot of patience just like waiting for the popular books at the library. :)
But sometimes you get lucky and find some that are available. I read so much that I have to become more patient! HA!
