The e-reader has made reading accessible for a lot of people that were previously unable to read due to failing eyesight or inability to hold the weightier hardcovers and paperbacks. It also allows people to have thousands of books, right at their fingertips, or gives them the ability to hide what they are reading (like me! Reading romances exclusively leads to some embarrassing covers being shown!).

Updated message #18 - I read 24 ebooks and thanks to the no page rule was even able to find within them six books for the reader of the month (the pesky U was once again an issue - or rather my lack of planning & reading what I'm in the mood for)
