I finally read Deception Point by Dan Brown after my sister had been begging me to for a few weeks. You may have read The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, his biggest selling novel. If you liked the Da Vinci Code, you should definitely read Deception Point! Deception Point has elements of fantasy and sci-fi and even has a political conspiracy. The plot is complicated, but it held my attention every page. I finished it in two days over break because I absolutely needed to know how it would end. However, this book would not be a quick read for everyone; it is 752 pages long. I really enjoyed reading Deception Point because it was unlike any other book I had read before. The plot is about a meteorite in the Arctic that could prove extraterrestrial life exists. It’s hard to describe without giving away anything so just trust me on this one! There are huge and unexpected plot twists that I never saw coming. Deception Point is one of my sister’s all time favorite books, and I am glad she urged me to read it. You should, too!
