After finishing this, which I really enjoyed, I am trying to find an upbeat summer read that is NOT related to the horrors of war. Does anyone have suggestions for me? I have just finished "A Gulag Archipelago" and "A Woman in Berlin", so I am in a dark space right now. I'd like to read something uplifting but not shallow. Maybe something fantastic and fun. I've read all of Tolkien and Harry Potter. Any suggestions? I do like the classics and also enjoy Madeleine Hunter's works (Circe, Song of Achilles).
