Hello everyone!

My name is Dustin Bilyk, and I'm a YA "high" fantasy writer out of Edmonton, Alberta. If you like Tolkien, Hunger Games and the like, you might just like what I have to offer :)

First, I would love to be able to hook up with some YA authors out here in lonely Western Canada, especially if you're from the Edmonton area. My favourite part of this experience so far is meeting other writers. It's like a little family of introverts trying to get their stuff out there to the public (kind of ironic isn't it?), and I'm LOVING it.

Like you I'm an avid reader, and YA (and middle grade) is one of my favourite genres. I like it so much that I even started writing, and since I'm a Torontonian :-) it won't come as a surprise that my first novel setting is in Toronto.
