I love, love, love audio books just for this reason, Chris!! Especially when I am crocheting - I find that extremely relaxing and it works very well for me for relieving stress.

I knit while I listen. We had a project of knitting caps to be given to the homeless at the soup kitchen. I made 80 caps....so at least I thought I was accomplishing something while I relaxed. Don't have a job or any outside commitments due to Covid so I have lots of time. When I was still teaching and had volunteer responsibilities, I didn't have time to read like I would have wanted. I-m making it up for it now. LOL

That is awesome, Chris! I don't know how to knit, though I hope to learn one of these days. I love crocheting blankets for a local women's shelter. Though right now, they are not taking donations, so they are piling up. There will be lots of them though by the time they do start accepting again, so it's all good.
