Doctors and nurses rush by, trying to get to their patients. There are occasional screams of the dying, and tears. The smell of chlorine fills the air

Marcus looked around, spotted Mya, and made his way to her.

Marcus tilted his head and gave her a sarcastic smile. "Lovely to see you, too. Um, it appears that I have broken my arm, so if you could, like, I don't know, wrap it? Please and thank you?"

Marcus stares at the place where the tubes appeared. "You don't seem particularly scared to use your magic, do you?" He chuckles. "And it was plenty obvious you were a witch, yes."

Marcus shook his head. He watched as she wrapped his arm. "We're called Venandi. And you don't seem particularly scared of me, either. Even though I clearly proved that if wanted, I could kill you. Why is that?"

Marcus snorted. They sat in silence, as he watched her. "You do know, that if I wanted to, I could have you arrested immediately?" She looked p at him. "But you won't, will you?" he shrugged and sat back. "I don't know. You tell me."

Marcus tipped his head. "And why won't I? I should. It's the right thing to do. But what is it about you, that won't let me do it?"

Marcus think about what she said. Maybe she's right, maybe she is harmless. He didn't care. He wanted to kiss her. He looked at her back, and brought his lips to hers.

Marcus groaned, and felt himself pressing her up against a wall. His body fit perfectly with hers, as he pressed himself into her.

Jacky sat down with her right arm in a sling, low-key pissed at everyone around her... Mostly because we was hungry and didn't want to get up to go get food.

Jacky looked up at her blinking. ”I broke my arm in a fight and got a few cuts ad bruises.�� She said quietly, resisting the urge to just leave ad get food.

"Thank you." She said, taking them and drank one. "I think so. I was supposed to stay for a little bit though." She said, talking about another doctor's orders.

Dante entered the infirmary. His hand hurt, Cas, Ace....there was so much going on at once.

Jacky noticed a familiar face walking in so she stood up and walked over. "Hey, you alright?" She asked, getting straight to the point.

Dante blinked back tears. "Nothing. Just my hand. It still hurts. I picked up glass a while earlier." He shoves his hand out.

Dante smiles at her. "do you guys have someone to talk to, possibly? to just...rant to?"

Dante smiled at her back and hung his head. "Do you ever fell.. i don't know, empty? Like, there's something that's supposed to be there but it isn't? And you just want to drown yourself in anything to get your mind off of it?"

”I’d say I'm a good listener.�� She said and paid attention to what he was saying. ”Yeah, almost every day. Why do you think I'm so trigger happy?�� She asked but it wasn't important so she moved on. ”Having that emotion is not a bad thing. Just don't rely on things like smoking or drinking. Believe me, the end result isn't worth it.��

Dante sighed. "But..." He laid back. "I don't know, it's like," He turned to her. "Do you ever feel as if you ending it all would be the best situation in others' lives?"

”Yeah... It's pretty normal for me. I guess you just need to find something that makes you want to keep fighting. That makes things seem a little more easier to deal with. Because life isn't going to get easier. So you need to be able to have something that helps you bounce back. Even when the pull towards giving up feels like it'll never fade.�� She said in a quiet voice, leaning against the wall.

Dante sighed and stared up at the ceiling. "Yeah." His shoulders sagged.

”Do you want to tell us what's going on?�� She asked, her tone gentle.

Dante rubs his eyes. :Me and my...Caspian. We broke up."

Jacky froze, her protectiveness coming to the surface. ”How’s Ace?�� She asked
