Hi Ravina (and everyone else interested in this book) -
I received this as a gift and I really liked it. It was an easy read and full of fascinating facts, plus bits of information on how plants (trees) are like other animals, but on a really different time scale. Some similar information to what I read in Brilliant Green, but still enough different information that I enjoyed it. I learned all sorts of things about how trees and forests grow, and how humans just keep messing things up. But, it wasn't sad, it was really interesting.
I would probably read it again, since there is so much information in it. It wasn't a book I couldn't put down, and I did find myself bored with a wandering mind on occasion. I would still recommend it as a read to anyone interested though.
Have a great day and let me know if you have any other questions about the book. Megan
